FC2 pages often vary in how they expose media. Open the player page directly and let SaveV use the generic media pipeline when direct detection is available.

Install SaveV
Keep the extension enabled in Chrome.
Step 2
Open the player page
Use the full page where the video actually loads.
Step 3
Download or inspect the result
If a source is detected, SaveV will start the download flow.
